Architect Bruce B. Tolar, P.A. is an architectural and planning firm on the Mississippi Gulf Coast. The firm played a major role in the recovery from Hurricane Katrina by bringing the "Katrina Cottage" concept to reality in Cottage Square in Ocean Springs, Miss. The firm received the 2007 Charter Award from the Congress for a New Urbanism.
